All rules that are listed in our Code of Conduct apply for the entire hackathon.

Projects cannot be started/worked on prior to the hackathon; all work for projects must occur during Reboot Hack. But all use of libraries, frameworks, and templates is allowed.

If any rule is violated from the Code of Conduct, Reboot Hack has the right to disqualify your team from the hackathon/competition.
